WHERE ARE WHISKERFUL PRODUCTS MADE?

All designs are carefully handcrafted by our owner, Linh Dao originally in her home located in Los Angeles, CA with her two fur baby assistants, Izzy and Milo. As of Aug 2022, her family relocated to Richmond, VA. Check her out in the About Us.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WHISKERFUL PRODUCT?

Collars/Bowties/Bandana: We recommend hand-washing or spot cleaning your collar and bow tie to increase its longevity. Collars, bow ties, and bandanas can also be washed in the dishwasher or machine washed with mild detergent while placed in a delicate laundry bag to prevent the buckle from scratching. Air dry recommended. When dry, shape the bow and iron for a nice finish.

Kanzashi Flowers: Our kanzashi flowers are all hand stitched and the buttons are attached by using hot glue and thread to secure. We recommend only hand-washing or spot cleaning your Whiskerful products to increase its longevity. Air dry recommended. Shape the kanzashi flower and let it dry for a nice finish.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE COLLAR TO GET MY FUR BABY?

For a proper fit, measure your pet's neck with a cloth seamstress's tape measure. Pull the tape snug but not tight. (If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a rigid ruler.) Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck. 

All bow ties, bandanas, and kanzashi flowers are removable and are made to fit our Whiskerful collars. However, if you are looking to purchase just the removable items, please be sure to check their garter sizes and opening sizes. Please view our size chart.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO ENSURE MY WHISKERFUL PRODUCT ARRIVE ON TIME?

There is a chance of delays with package delivery, so we recommend that you shop early to ensure your items arrive with plenty of time!

Ordering about 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended to make sure your items are delivered on time. If you need your items sooner, please select expedited shipping. We appreciate your patience! Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your Whiskerful product to you.

WHEN WILL MY WHISKERFUL PRODUCT SHIP?

Since Whiskerful products are handmade by me, Linh, processing time can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders in line before yours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Any delays, we will contact you. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

DO WHISKERFUL OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

YES! Free standard shipping for all orders $75+ and over (USD).

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $75 (USD).

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED DURING SHIPPING?

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly but experience carrier delays. We use the USPS to ship our packages and there are times they will experience widespread delays due to volume of ecommerce packages, combined with labor shortages. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit/stolen, we are not responsible. We have found that almost all delayed packages that may appear lost/stolen are delivered or show movement within 10 days. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LABELED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:

- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home

- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property

- The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been

- Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household.

WHAT IS WHISKERFUL RETURN POLICY?

Every single product is handmade with lots of love and time. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@whiskerfulpets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please understand that customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommending using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. All sale, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@whiskerfulpets.com.

WHAT IS WHISKERFUL EXCHANGE POLICY?

While we don't offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the new, unused item item you have, and place a separate order for the new item that you would like instead before or after your return is accepted.
