Processing times depend on the product type:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
  • Stickers ship within 2–4 business days. Stickers ship via stamps (U.S. domestic = USPS First-Class letter, International = International stamp). This means no tracking is provided, customers have had no issues in the past. Free shipping applies to sticker-only orders in USA. 
  • Pet wearables are made-to-order with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping depending on the number of orders in line before yours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

  • The shipping estimate shown at checkout is provided by carriers and is only an estimate.
  • Orders are completed in the order they are received.
  • Domestic U.S. shipping is generally quicker than international shipping.
  • Shipping speed depends on the method you select at checkout.
  • All sewn and made-to-order items (pet wearables, beds, wristlets, etc.) include tracking. Stickers do not.
  • Domestic U.S. shipping is generally quicker than international shipping.

If there’s ever a delay with your order, I will personally reach out and keep you updated so you’re never left in the dark.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Free standard shipping for all orders $60+ (USD).

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $60 (USD).

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly but experience carrier delays. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any carrier delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit/stolen, we are not responsible. We have found that almost all delayed packages that may appear lost/stolen are delivered or show movement within 10 days. 

When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:

  • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property
  • The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been
  • Please contact your local carrier office. Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office/UPS but the carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household. 

Whiskerful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
